Justin Cullen
Justin is a seasoned business leader, now focused on sustainability. Alongside his work with ISS, he is chair of Junk Kouture, a television sustainable fashion competition empowering over 100,000 participants.
Chief Executive Officer
Niall Collins
Niall is a sustainability professional with a Master’s in Sustainable Energy and Green Technology. He advised companies across sectors at Sway, Clearstream, and KPMG, and now uses this expertise to lead ISS.
Marketing Manager
Shruthi Prakash
Shruthi is a dedicated digital marketer with a passion for the digital realm and crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience. She holds an MBA and is committed to eco-conscious living.
Product Manager
Nazia Naheed Husain
Nazia is an environmental policy expert with a Master’s in Environmental Policy from UCD. She supports our curriculum development by collaborating with our faculty to design practical modules.

Ryan Weston
Ryan is a sales professional with a Degree in Accounting from Rathmines College and a qualification in Social Studies and Psychology. Before joining ISS, he worked with PermanentTSB and PrePayPower.
Operations Manager
Alex Comerford
Alex, a former structural engineer, holds Master’s degrees in Engineering and Architecture and Renewable Energy and Environmental Finance from UCD. He plays a key role in driving success at ISS.

With a background in journalism and communications, Bronagh is dedicated to using the power of storytelling to drive change. She also writes for The Irish Times, The Climate Journal, and Utopia The Edit.
