There are no strict prerequisites for this CSRD training. However, a basic understanding of corporate sustainability practices may be beneficial to fully grasp the complex content covered regarding the CSRD.
This CSRD course is self-paced, allowing participants to complete the curriculum at their convenience. Typically, participants can complete the course within 3 to 5 hours, depending on their pace of learning.
You have 6 months’ access to the course materials and masterclasses. You can spread your self-paced learning accordingly.
Yes, upon successful completion of the CSRD course, you will receive a course completion certificate issued by the Institute of Sustainability Studies.
Yes, all certificate courses include graded assessments to evaluate both your understanding and your ability to apply key concepts. These assessments are designed to help you create tangible outputs, such as sustainability action plans or strategies, that you can directly apply in your current or future professional roles.
Assessments must be submitted during the ISS Assessment Window, which is held every two months. Submissions are made via email to the official ISS assessment address. Detailed submission instructions and deadlines are available on the course page within the Learning Management System (LMS), which you gain access to upon enrolment.
Your assessment will be reviewed by the ISS academic team, and results will be released in the month following your chosen assessment window. You will be notified via email once your results are available.
Grading criteria will be tailored to each assessment's specific nature and scope. Emphasis will be placed on practical application, critical thinking, and strategic insight rather than purely numerical performance. Assessments will be evaluated across three categories:
